They never returned the $50 "safe deposit ". I guess that how the make their $$ cause nobody chooses them. Thiefs! I will let know Eagle County Sheriff department as well as Avon police department. Just be aware!!!

Never rent from here. I had a rental through an insurance claim. A crack in the windshield started growing while car was in possession. I had absolutely nothing to do with the crack. I never heard a rock hit the windshield. I believe the crack began before car was in my possession. I alerted enterprise of the crack and told them I had nothing to do with it. Instead of talking with me about it they charged me $300 before I authorized it. My car got hit and I ended up with a $300 bill.

I have been a client of Enterprise Rent a Car for many years and have always been more than satisfied. I am writing this review from my last rental experience due to the incredible performance by the staff in the Avon, Colorado office, more specifically, Mr. A.J. Salazar and Ms. Melanie Kochert. During a mad rush on rental cars in the Denver area, they were able to locate and obtain a vehicle in less than two (2) days, no other car rental could help us (including the one we had a reservation with), Enterprise has always delivered for me and has never left me stranded. I now use only Enterprise for both business and pleasure rentals.

First time renter, first experience was great though I was a little surprised they didn’t wash the exterior. Perhaps it was because I rented in Colorado? Wanted to brag about my cool ride but opted not to take photos as the car was dirty. Also made a second reservation but they called to tell me it was cancelled as they didn’t have enough vehicles. That caused some not so fun stress as I was on a time constraint and needed to quickly find a new alternative to make it to the airport for my flight. I’ve heard a lot of great things about enterprise and would probably try again, just hoping for a different experience next time. Cheers, Chris
