Decent campground. A bit tight if you want to fit two cars or a trailer and a car. No real amenities that come with it. Campground bathroom is a porta Jon, but you are able to use the park facility. Showers are 3 dollars for a 5 min shower. It takes token so bring bills 20 or smaller. Camp host wasn't the most friendly. Not the most intuitive check-in/ location for site is. Cannot have wood fires.

Good campground. A little noisy at night and lots of traffic. Perfect location. The main showers/bathrooms were clean and nice. The ones closer to the waterfall were not very clean.

This was the only campsite we reserved ahead of time for our 2 week trip across the country. When we got to our site at 5:30 someone was already set up there. Office is already closed, no one to contact. The sites have no fire pits, there is no place to do laundry and the showers cost extra. It really left us scratching our head why we paid money for this campsite when you can get just as much at a hundred other free campsites in the area.

Nice, well spaced out wooded camp ground with biking trails along the river. There is also a ball field and park next door that hosts events.

When you talk about getting there early, what time are we talking about?

You should be there when people are preparing to leave in the morning. Then you can claim the site and register in the office. Time varies so earlier the better (7, 8, 9am). Later than that it's not impossible but odds will dip. Just my opinion, everyday is different.
