On a long cross-country car trip, I stopped at a Colorado I-70 rest stop near Vail. There, I noticed that my left headlamp was out. This is a safety issue, as I was going to continue driving through the night on this high-stress mountain freeway. So I checked google for nearest auto parts shop, and I learned that I had only twenty minutes before 6pm closing time to get to Avon Carquest to buy a replacement headlamp. I arrived there with only five minutes to go before closing time. The counter staff volunteered and walked straight to the correct replacement part with no prompting. I purchased. The same helpful sales guy then came out to the parking lot and then performed the actual replacement, right there in the cold dark, to change it out in less than three minutes. I am bad, so I failed to get the dude's name. Thank you for this spectacular customer service.

These guys were fantastic. Helped me pull a code and even though I didn’t end up buying anything they were helpful and friendly. Just waited for a tow but they pointed out the bathrooms and some local restaurants in walking distance. Thanks!
