A hole in the ceiling in shower was unsettling. Needs many updates. I told the desk clerk about being unsatisfied. He didn't seem to care much. He didn't offer a discount.

Seemed dark and worn. Exterior decorative brick literally falling off. Room floor was visibly dirty. Office chair not stable. Corner of shower curtain had mold

No clerk available for check-in. I had to call on my phone to locate someone. Lack of carpeting throughout hotel makes it loud. Half of the outlets in our room didn't work, including the fridge. Sheets were stained. Safety chain was missing from door.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed. The room is dirty, beds are not clean. Bathroom is very dirty specially sink, bath tub and toilet are disgusting. I couldn't possibly sleep all night because there were some crazy people slamming doors, yelling, screaming all night, really scary, I almost wanted to call 911. It's absolutely nightmare experience for me!!!! Stay away from this hotel!!!!
