Hotel is disgusting ! Moldy and mildew covered pillows. No lounge , no restaurant, no coffee pot. Front desk area was always empty. Their advertisement is deceiving ! The window opens and the screen was broke. A cat came into room from down the hall. A man walked in with a gallon of gasoline!! This was a horrible experience. Very disappointing do not waste your time on this dive!

Upkeep bad, staff not even close to being professional, parking lot had old cars being worked on by possible residents. Inside worn out carpet. Overall I did not feel safe and left even if it meant paying for the room anyway. Do not stay here

Horrible experience!! Entire hotel is filthy! Room has bugs in it. My children were the first ones to notice. Towels are presently dirty upon our arrival. Second room we were given would not lock. As well as several outlets burnt out. Third room given to us, did not have a working fridge, torn bed blankets with stained sheets. Walls covers in dried liquids of all colors.. Repulsive. (Why weren’t we given some sort of upgrade by this point?) Horrible customer service. I do NOT recommend! Will be contacting health department

I have stayed at this hotel before, but this time we had to leave. To begin, we had to call twice to reach anyone to check in. Initially, the room looked okay but after a short time we noticed the bathroom was not clean and the toilet didn’t work properly. There was a huge crack in the bathroom sink. The beds were made with various color sheets like a child had made it. Very sloppy. When we went to close the drapes, they wouldn’t work properly…zip tied on. The security doors were not in use and the trash can outside the back door was overflowing with trash. No coffee available anywhere. No breakfast served “due to Covid .” Other hotels in town did. The slot machines in the lobby were very disturbing. This place had a three star rating but deserved 1/2, maybe. Someone should call the health department. 😟
