Not sure what it was about today but attitude was running high. The waitress we had was extremely rude when taking our order. Then when my husband went to the bathroom, he noticed it was disgusting so he told the hostess. The hostess was super sweet and was like, no problem we’ll get that taken care of. However, another employee walked up and said “And you decided to tell the hostess why?” I think we were all in shock. Who are we supposed to tell? We don’t work there. They decided to get even ruder with the whole situation to where a manger got called over. Needless to say, we left. The manager was nice but her employees man, I feel for her. Won’t be going back to this location which is unfortunate because Cracker Barrel is one of our favorites.

I had breakfast at eleven something a.m. and it was delicious. The young lady ( Amber?) taking care of us was great, as was the rest of the attentive staff. The manager was even chipping in to help out her staff by refilling drinks and coffee. We returned to the road fully satiated for the rest of our trip home.

The waitress was the sweetest person. The cook is just not paying attention to the orders. He tried twice to make sunny side up eggs. Once we're scrambled and the second time a yellow center with raw whites. I guess that is the last time visiting this place.

Great service from Jade and other staff members. Very clean, and food was made to order... and they have beer now!!! Everything was delicious!
