Stayed there for two nights this past weekend while I was in town for an alumni reunion. The location is very convenient to get to, and makes it super easy to get to Bradley University or downtown. There staff are friendly and polite. They had everything ready when I got there to check in at about 5pm on Friday. The common areas are clean and well lit, including the parking lot. The hotel falls short because of the room. I had a first floor room with a queen bed and fold out sofa. It had desk and kitchenette. The dishes were clean but I wouldn't use them because they had done kind of visible residue all over them. The furniture and decor were dated and showing their wear. In serious need of updating. The bathroom was bright and clean. Something was wrong with the television too. It kept freezing up and lagging.

This hotel was a bad experience and I will not be recommending this location to anyone. The lady manager was very cool. But she spoke to me and she stated that she requested help and some people that want to work. Not just a body. Sorry but you have to control your kids. I saw kids running up and down the hall way and I spoke to a child and told her to spoke running. This is not a playground. The bathroom need to have a makeover. They put me on the 3rd floor because many people stay there as it is their home. Find housing for these folks.

The staff at this Hotel was amazing and very cheerful. Patrice started our stay off on a cheerful and amazing note. Stella and Etna made sure we were taken care of with breakfast in the morning. They too were very cheerful

Management is an absolute wreck. They're understaffed, but they continually fire new employees instead of training them. I loved working there for the 2 weeks I was there, but I was constantly either working alone or working with another new person. It's probably for some sort of tax break, but they randomly let me go for no reason. And I know they've done it to at least 2 other people. If you must stay here, be kind to the desk staff. They're probably new and can't give great customer service.
