I received products from this store in person and online many times over the years. This is the first time I've experienced such terrible customer service. The shipping time frame has never taken a month and it is completely disappointing as I loved shopping here. I love supporting black business and Yadain's products are fantastic. However at this point, I would suggest shopping elsewhere with better customer service. They are quick to take your money and very slow to fill their orders.

Updated Review: I received a call from customer service regarding a delayed order. Customer service representative for Yadain was excellent and professional and provided context to the delay of the order. I was concerned as this was the second time an order was delayed. The conversation with the rep has instilled good faith in the company. He informed me that they are committed to and have successfully improved lines of communication to check on order status. I was able to leave a DM on their Instagram page and someone reached out the next day and my order expedited. Some items of my order were out of stock and due to the fact that their products are hand crafted, this impacts the turnaround time/inventory. I felt my order issue was fully resolved after talking with the rep. Thank you!

The products may be good but the online ordering is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!Order placed on June 17th. Money immediately taken out of my account. It is now Sept 26th and all I got was tracking number that doesn't have a delivery date. Supposedly the package was damaged and the sender(Calvin Harris) was notified on July 29th. They keep taking down my reviews and don't answer emails . They need to stop with the time frames if they are not able to deliver ..If I was near the physical store, I would be there in a quick minute.

If I remember correctly it said Dec 4th for the in person store. Yet they stated that you could buy product from the warehouse at a discount

Hello, Yes! We were open in Upper Darby PA over 10 years ago. We closed all of the locations and consolidated them to one central location, 7 years ago.
