DO NOT BUY DRESSES HERE. THEY All COME FROM UKRAINE. My mom friends did not get her original wedding dress due to them not ordering it on time. The man who help my moms friend stole her money and store owner told them they don’t work there no more. My mom friend end up getting a dress that is too long 3 days before her wedding. They refuse to give us an answer and two ladies who give them an attitude saying they didn’t pay. But in fact they pay in full.

Searching for a quinceañera dress, we went here first and within 30 minutes my daughter found one that she fell in love with on the prom side. It even came with a free pair of shoes!! The staff is very helpful - we did have a timing issue with alterations, but they made it right by making some calls and getting it there. They stayed supportive and professional and even allowed my daughter to choose a complimentary accessory for our added stress. The dress was perfect and made our quinceañera feel like a princess.

I brought a very insane dress design to the place and when it was designed and I first tried it on it looked perfect ! Way better than the picture that the design was based on! I enjoyed going through this process with vip fashion and they made it as smooth as possible ! I definitly believed that my dress was different and out there for prom and I thank them so much for this !

When I went there was no appointment needed. And they have a lot of dresses and are very helpful.
I believe all dresses are final sale because they are all one time wear. If everyone could return their prom and wedding dresses after the day of the event everyone probably would. They also follow strict rules that they can't rent or take used dresses so this could be another reason they might not take returns. From a customer stand point I understand because I would not want to pay for a dress that someone has already wore.
