They follow CDC and NYS guidelines. Storefront is spotless and cars are cleaned/disinfected before and after test driving their vehicles. Not sure if they have a restroom for customers however.
Its easier to make an appointment but they let u test drive on your own they are really good people there ask for Eli he was awesome

Darlene, you can use the app to look or look online and then you can just walk into the most friendly place ever and tell them what you were looking at and what you are looking for and that's it. Just go between their open hours or call if you wish to make an appointment with them. Best place to deal with for sure. We were so impressed when we got my husband's Silverado that we went back on our anniversary, just 3 months after, and got my Terrain. That's how good they are. 2 major purchases. I would never go anywhere else.

Yes. I just got my Jeep from there. I put it on hold, did a test drive, put in my application, 5 offers came up, picked the lowest interest, put my downpayment on it, and drove away with my Jeep. Fyi, I have excellent credit so I didn't have to provide any proof of income, etc. Sign up for the extra warranty, worth it. I give CarMax 5 out of 5. Excellent customer service!
