Paul was very helpful and took good care of me. I purchased a TV from him at an excellent price. When the TV turned out to have some minor imperfections, he replaced it with another one without any issue. Both were great sets but the first one had some cosmetic issues. He was helpful, reasonable and fairly priced. Overall great experience.

Awesome service .. I bought a big screen off of him about a year ago and he even gave me a ride all the way to Black Rock just so I didn't have to carry the tv on the bus. Today I had an audio problem on my tv and he helped me over the phone , instead of telling me to bring it in and charging me. Thank you burgios

My hours vary but usually 10-4 Mon-Fri but it's a good idea to call first because I sometimes go on deliveries.

I would need to see it to determine the cost. Depending how the connector is mounted and if any other damage occurred when it pulled out could vary the price considerably although it's usually pretty reasonable. TV's must be brought in for service. No more home visits except Mitsubishi DLP sets. The charge for diagnosis is $40 for 39" or smaller and $60 for for 40" and above. This is collected when the set is dropped off and is applied to the repair if the estimate is approved. Call 832-3377 if you have any questions.
Unfortunately the screens are not available for purchase. Even if they were the cost would be more than the cost of a new TV. This frustrates me because I get about 50 phone calls a week regarding cracked screens and I hate disappointing my customers by not being able to help them. I also lose the potential income that screen replacement would produce. Nobody wins. Being that it's against the law to throw TV's in the garbage ($100 fine in Buffalo) we take in TVs in for recycling for a nominal fee depending on the size of the TV. Just call ahead 716 832-3377
