Has fun having my kids make their bday bear! The staff was kind and they helped them make the start of choices. Sadly they no longer have the fluffing station and stuff they had years back. But the kids still had fun and love their teddy bears.

i am no longer a customer of this establishment. how can someone remove a giraffe stuffed animal?!? was it not good enough for you? you brought me to a depression and brought my hopes up and crushed them. i am devastated. how come you're willing to sell a CREEPY gollum from harry potter but not a CUTE giraffe?!!? i don't want to pay for a creepy thing to sit on my bed when i can snuggle with the giraffe?!! youre done. #cancelbuildabear

My daughters are 12 and still love going there ❤️ we mostly go to this one because the staff is always so friendly and helpful!

Is this place ever not a mad house? There were so many people everywhere with kids absolutely pining for their stuffed toy. I do like some of the features that they have including voice recordings that can be embedded in the stuffed animal along with scented pieces. When you add the stuffed animal with all the possible accessories It can get extremely pricey so save your money! It is nice to have kids pick out their own toy and make it unique leave there is with all the different options available.
