I rented back in May 2022. It is now July. I told the service reps that I would give a good review. Got busy and failed to do so. . . until now. Can't put this off any longer. Mine was an emergency rental. I needed a car right now (within 45 minutes). Jennifer (I believe I remember her name correctly) worked out details with lightning speed, with exceptional professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness. Enterprise has always been a great car rental experience for me, but all the folk at this branch proved to be exceptional! Thank you all so much.

Enterprise at Golf road provided an awesome service. They picked up from my place at fixed time. And when returning the vehicle, there was a small dent on the tailgate which was also waived off. Appreciate their ethics and would recommend for others too.

Needed a last minute rental due to my car breaking down. They were able to help right away. Set me up in a nice economy vehicle. The man that assisted us was very polite and pleasant. I was very happy to learn I could return it anywhere as I live 33mi from where I rented it. Good experience would use again if needed.

I will never rent from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Schaumburg ever again. The first cat they gave me was fine until I got on the highway. There was something hanging below the car and scraping the ground. I had to go all the way back to the Enterprise office to get a new car. The second car they gave me had an engine light come on half way into my trip. When I called the Schaumburg office they tried to tell me it was the tire pressure light. No, I Google it. It was the ABS break light. After all of this hassle with the cars I was lucky to make my meeting on time. But now I had to exchange the car once again in the morning as I did not feel safe driving in a car with an engine light on. When I returned the third car they actually asked me how the customer service was. Seriously?! Terrible, it was terrible. I also found a pair of toddler pants in the back seat of the first car. They obviously did not inspect this car. I doubt they inspect any of their cars before renting them out.
