Yesterday was my first time ever going to Bobs discount furniture…the salesman was very professional…I am one that can’t make my mind up, as far as getting a specific set, I kept changing my mind about which set I wanted…he was very patient with me, I would apologize and he would tell me no problem!!! Once I had finally decided, the manager came out, he was bubbly and nice as well…after they wrapped up with the paperwork…I decided I wanted living room tables, which meant my salesman had to print out all new paperwork…so that the order would be all together!!! The prices. Are amazingly reasonable!!! I recommend anyone to shop there…they have anything you need in one store!!! Try them i assure you won’t be disappointed

I went into Bob’s yesterday looking for a sectional. Everywhere else states a 2-6 month waiting list, but our broken couch won’t hold up that long. Maria greeted us the very minute we stepped into the store. She helped us find the perfect sectional that fit our style, size requirements, configuration, and budget… and it’ll be delivered in only ten days! Even with taxes, delivery cost, and 5-year warranty (which seems like it’ll actually cover everything possible that my kids and dogs could do)… it was still very affordable. Maria’s manager came by at the end of our checkout, just to confirm our order and make sure nothing was missing. He was super kind and welcoming (just like Maria was). Also, cute and really convenient— they have a “cafe” that my kids sat at while I walked around. They had complimentary cookies and ice cream! Thank you again for the wonderful service. Can’t wait for the delivery of our new sectional!

The sales associate, David, has been super helpful and honest through every purchase we’ve made. The bedroom set buying experience and other random purchases have all gone smoothly. My many questions were answered thoroughly. David is always honest and a joy to work with. Erik has also been SUPER friendly and helped me carry a few lamps to my car when I picked them up from the store myself.
