I had my hair cut by Pamela. She acted as if it bothered her that she was cutting my hair. She hardly spoke to me. I initiated the conversation...but even then she hardly spoke. As I checked in for my appointment i caught a glimpse of the look She had on her face and thought to myself I hope that's not the lady that is cutting my hair. She had a look of smug disgust. Sure enough it was her. I should have walk out then but I thought I'd give it a chance. Nope. I will never go there again. I will not recommend anyone to go there either. And to top it off she was one of the more season stylist. She cut my hair like she just came out of school, she didn't care.

I scheduled an appointment with Morgan after my usual hairstylist canceled and I needed a cut/color before a wedding...I was admittedly nervous going to a new person so close to an important event but Morgan was wonderful! I absolutely love my cut and the color is perfect for my skin tone!

The four stars are STRICTLY for Brittany and her lash service. It's really five stars but one less due to the the actual store. She went above and beyond and did the best lash strip application I've had. Initially, I walked in and saw three or four employees standing at the front counter. Not a one spoke or greeted me. That should have been my first red flag (besides the fact there were so many open appt blocks and Barry Rd was booked). I walk to the salon counter and AGAIN, I stand there for about six minutes. There are at LEAST five or six stylists working and can see me standing there. There was no greeting, no acknowledgement that a human being was even standing there. To add insult to injury, I came for a hair wash and a flat iron. The system just showed a flat iron. I explained the whole reason I came was to get it washed first. There was no accomodation, no concern. A wash and a blow dry would have been sufficient. I was told that I should have called rather than booked online. I ALWAYS go to the Barry Rd location and the differences between the two are night and day. I have never received such customer service from a Beauty Brands out of the numerous times I've been to one. Obviously, I won't be returning.
