Upstairs at the rooftop bar, there's a DJ. It's trying to be kinda clubby. If that's your thing, then yes, there's dancing. However, after a Friday night wedding two weeks ago, there were not many people dancing.

Technically yes, but they don't enforce it. Sometimes. Sorry I can't be of more help, but I've been going there for 20 years and it varies. If you call and ask, they will probably say things like "men must wear a jacket." And they used to insist that I keep it on, even if it was warm. Then one time they sat us next to a couple of walk-ins in t-shirts and jeans.
