Placed hot chicken in plastic container without liner/barrier. Paid $8 and unable to eat because it melted the plastic. I won’t go back. Customer service is excellent!

This has been one of my favorite Culver's but this Saturday I order food for the whole family and when I got home my Ruben had a burger patty on it and I tried calling and could never get through. So guess what I just ate it 😭 the review would have been better but a classic like a Ruben to have a burger patty with the stuff that is supposed to be on a ruben is a no for. Hopefully next I go they will get it right and I can enjoy one of my favorites. Forgot to take pictures it was a long day and I was over it. Signed a mom of three

Our order is always wrong and cold. I’m a huge Culver’s fan and even worked at another location, however something is off here. Also, did the cheese curds and chicken sandwich change? They’re definitely not the same. Totally understand with the times we are all cutting back, but I wouldn’t choose to cut back on a signature item! Sharing so improvements can be made. Again, huge Culver’s fan, and will continue to go back. Hoping it’ll change for the better! (:

Culver’s is always a good experience. The service is always awesome and I have been coming for years. This was my first time at this location. The service was good, but the food was a bit underwhelming. My fries were cold and hard, and my sandwich looked like it was thrown together very sloppily. It still tasted okay but kept falling apart. Something is telling me this is a one time occurrence, but I’ll have to try again to confirm that.
