We ate at the restaurant which was spectacular. View, service and food were top notch. Definitely recommend.

We had a magnificent room and balcony with beautiful views of the Sound and CT river. Plus, our dinner and breakfast at Fresh Salt were delicious. Hotel and restaurant staff were wonderful. This was our first visit and we're already planning another one!

The staff was very accommodating. The resort is beautiful. Fresh Salt restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

There is a very nice gym and sauna as well as an indoor pool to get plenty of exercise.

Fresh Salt is the name of the restaurant and they are highly rated. The inn has awards for Fresh Salt all over the elevator and halls. I believe they are diamond rated and have won what seems to be every award in CT.
