this jewel osco has the most incompetent, most illiterate employees i have ever seen in my entire life. talking to these cashiers is like talking to a brick wall, in one ear and out the other. it's honestly disgusting on how little these people care about their job it’s pretty amazing how a group of people could be so collectively illiterate

I usually have good experiences here, however I cannot say the same about my most recent one. Not only was our cashier, Lynn, extremely rude to us, but she was so degrading to the young girl bagging in our lane. The young girl was nice and did a great job. She appeared to have special needs, and I am honestly embarrassed for the way Lynn spoke to the young girl. I am not sure if our cashier was having a bad day or not, but the amount of disrespect in her tone and the way she spoke to her was absurd. Easy to speak to someone like that when they are defenseless. It was over something so little as well. Bad day or not, everyone is human and deserves to be treated with respect.

Shout out to Debbie, one of the managers! I shopped at this store on a busy Saturday morning and Debbie was very helpful. She is a manager and still helped bag my groceries. She even honored a Just 4 You coupon that I didn’t clip with enough time for it to process.
