I recently had my old reliable vehicle with 196k miles on it breakdown on me just before leaving the state for a long weekend vacation. I had a second vehicle to tide me over while on vacation but needed transportation as soon as i returned. I worked with Matt at our local branch and he set me up with a very nice vehicle (Cadillac XT5) that i used to help me shop for a new vehicle, take the kids to school, and get to work. I originally thought I would only need the car for a day or two but car shopping turned out to be more of a challenge that originally expected. Matt helped me extend my rental day by day for several days. One quick phone call and he took care of it. He also put me in touch with a contact to purchase a car from Enterprise. While that didn't end up working out I appreciated the effort and the large amount of selections they provided. Glad we have such a good branch in our town and good people working there. Had to get a rental car for several days after someone crashed into my car. Was pretty unhappy and definitely not looking forward to driving a different car or even going through the process of renting one. However, the staff here made everything so easy. They were extremely friendly and helpful. They picked me up from and dropped me back off at the body shop my car was at. They even chose the most easy-to-drive car for me. Thank you,
