I went through the drive-thru yesterday morning ordering a dozen assorted donuts. I’ve done this in the past, no issues. Yesterday I received 12 donuts all heart shaped with pink or white frosting. Not a fan. No long johns, nothing but hearts. Who wants this, It was Feb 19th, not 14th. The heart shaped donuts are smaller as well. My husband told me to call but what would they do, tell me to come back? Take care of me next time? Writing as it still bothers me today! I deserved better, not leftovers.

Was just there and they were rude... even making fun of me when I asked for a tall black coffee

Came into the drive through at 6:15 PM and one of the employees throwing out garbage walked towards my car and told me “we’re closed” in an extremely rude tone. The website, the app, and the door say they close at 8. I would not have questioned it if the employee was much nicer.
