My mom lived here for one year, approximately one year ago. She paid a ton of money for services that were promised but not provided, and the food was AWFUL. The place was very understaffed and resident activities were extremely limited and uninteresting. The building is pretty but that's it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Corporate executives were no help whatsoever. She moved out a year ago and was happy to get out.

Stay far far away, the managers are sketchy, the chef is awful and lazy. Understaffed like crazy and going downhill.

My parents have been there since opening. For months this year they had 1 elderly housekeeper for the entire building. Needless to say the apartments weren’t being cleaned as promised. Now they are not providing 24 hour concierge. Lack of staff has been an ongoing problem, and there is no recourse for residents.

Getting nothing but complaints. Breakfast has been cancelled though it is part of the contract. Meals are substandard and small portions. Don't let the advertising fool you!

Not pool only sauna
Hi, Pete. Thanks for inquiring about Huntley Springs. The retirement community is projected to be completed Fall 2019.
No it is not. They are at about 80% capacity already, but will not be ready to move in until mid to end summer. They do have real estate agents on-site to discuss lease terms and amenities and ready to sign lease agreements. I am doing finish carpentry on this building. This will be my fourth one of these buildings also 4th state I have traveled to personally to do the trim carpentry.
