Every time we order from this location they manage to miss something on the order. This time we ordered through door dash and the thai chicken wrap had no chicken. I called the store and the girl said I could either drive out to fix it or call door dash. First off, it's not door dash's or any delivery services responsibility to get the order right. They don't make it, . Second, driving out to get it fixed defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. I would waste time (the drive and wait) and money (delivery costs I already paid) to go to the restaurant. When I asked for the most obvious solution to the issue, refunding that item, she said no manager is available to help. I'm extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled. I would recommend a different location as the food is still good despite this locations poor response to my issue.
