Bought a drier there. They delivered. The absolute RUDEST people. They just sit it in the house. They had orders to install it. Did they? NO. It wouldn’t fit so they said “you’ll have to call a repair man”! Can you believe that? I called the store, talked with the manager about it and he laughed and said “I’ll talk to them”! People we spent a fortune at this store. NO LONGER. If this is the way of Lowe’s now, we will take our business to the Home Depot. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They prove that this is the sign of the times. And the “humorous” manager should be fired immediately. And mark my words, in this day and time with money tight in households, when business goes down, the manager will be looking for another job because he proves “no conscious given, just take the money…. and run!!”

An employee near the front told me the area to go to, two employees in the dept. showed me the product when I didn't see it right away. In and out in a few minutes. Decent price as well. Who could ask for anything more?

The sign informing that paint has a time limitation for return is not easily seen. When I tried to return an unopened can, the Lowes employee opened it and then told me I could not return it. The paint was in the same shape as when it was sold. I wonder if Lowes dumps all the paint on its shelves after the same time period.

Actually has washers and dryers in stock so yea 5 stars for that unlike another store that only orders them in which does not help when you need it that day.
