Definitely one of the best PF's I've worked out at in the entire country. The facility is huge and has the best variety of equipment among all PF clubs.

Can't beat the price, but if you're serious about lifting weights, they are somewhat limited. Bench press only has Smith machines with some weird resistance built into it which I hated. Curl bars have the weights built in and only go to 60 I think, dumb bells go up to 80 maybe. No bench bar or free weights to do dead lifts/squats with. Have machines that do something similar, like the weird built in resistance Smith machine mentioned above. Lots of machines of all different kinds, which is nice, and like I said, very hard to beat the price. If you're casual, then go here for sure, if a little more hardcore, or you prefer free weights, I'd go to the YMCA or South Chas Rec Center. Hell, even the KC Rec center is great, and it's 100% free, but it's all free weights and dumb bells, which I love.

Overall: 3.5/5 Older facility w/ plenty of equipment; needs some TLC. Customer Service: was front desk welcoming and offer greeting coming/going, if able? Were they helpful when asked? Was their attitude generally positive? 3/5. No greeting, coming or going. Cleanliness / neatness (windows, floors, equipment, bathrooms). 2.5/5...bathrooms are beautiful w/ huge walk-in showers that had soap. Like rest of place, needs thorough deep cleaning...dirty shower floors, yikes. All windows, doors, and mirrors need cleaning All equipment has a layer of dust Floors are dirty In the words of our favorite Brandon, "C'mon man." Paper towels / sprays / bathrooms stocked: 4.8/5 Equipment availability / maintenance / quality: 4.8/5. Plenty of everything. Large stretching area. No stand alone pull up bar....should be standard. Recommendations: - Stand alone pull up bar - Dumbbells from one pound to 10 - Calf stretch board - masseuse for extra fee

Yes sir, only black card members can use the Tanning beds.
You can bring a friend if you purchase the premium membership, also known as the Black Card membership.
For the white card its $10 a month- that way you can go when the other person doesn't want to.

Fill out a cancellationform at the front desk of your home club, or send a letter (preferably via certified mail) to your club requesting cancellation. Memberships can't, unfortunately, be cancelled by email or phone. Also the account has to be paid up or if you have a membership that such as a black card member you'll have to pay out your contact as well.
Go in tell them your not satisfied then notify your bank. They will continue to withdrawal for this month. Then it should be ok. Be sure to notify your bank.
I only pay $10 smooth. Keeping up the gym equipment would be a big expense. You also have TVs on every treadmill that needs upkeep as well as showers, bathrooms, etc. In return, if you download the app you earn points with which you can purchase things.
You can however you have to have your parents there with you as well as having your own ID
