Why the annual fee when your already paying a monthly fee?
Just to add on the 20 monthly you can bring a guest, but they can not use the extras like tanning and massage beds. The 20 you can also visit and PF, but on the 10 it is for your home gym only.

current promotion is $5 down and $10 a month that's for the basic level which gets you all the machines that you need to work out if you want the black card which gives you access to tanning massage beds I'm a massage chairs then that's $20 a month and yes there's an annual membership fee of $39
It all depends on the membership package you choose. You can go online to look at different choices
At the time i joined it was 10 bucks for non-black card membership, $20 for black card per month. The annual fee was around $40.
