For the white card its $10 a month- that way you can go when the other person doesn't want to.
20 for the membership where you can bring a guest. Your guest is not able to do the extras like massage and tan.
I just talked to them yesterday about membership and it was $22 a month plus a yearly fee which I believe is $59
Black card membership is $20 a month.
