I would give full stars but sense they change manager the green tea taste like it two days old and they have some guy work there that is completely rude slams the drive thru window real hard and talks to customers with no manners at all. He was hitting the counter with my daughter credit card really hard for no reason at all the food was cold

Normally they are pretty good, but today was awful. Got a dozen donuts and most of them were either not filled at all (as in barely any filling) or had some of the worst frosting jobs I've ever seen. Usually would recommend to friends, now I will tell people to avoid it.

I have been going to this Dunkin' since they opened... I have never had any problems, with the exception of a few hiccups here & there (expected). BUT... the past few weeks, there has been an issue EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Drink is wrong, food is wrong, wrong donut, something is forgotten, etc... and these new young girls are nothing but ATTITUDE from their first word!!! Drive-thru has been ridiculously long waits & now I know why!!! When you get the wrong order & they "correct" it, it's still wrong & they have to fix it again, with a nasty attitude!!! I have even gotten into the habit of now having them repeat my order to me & they still get it wrong & give me a nasty attitude!!! I don't know what in the world is going on at this location, but they really need to get it together!!! Maybe time to have a chat with the owner or corporate, because this is really not the typical OOPS, this is getting way out of hand with horrible service, horrible drinks & food & nothing but nasty attitudes!!! AND... what ever happened to the filling in their donuts??? It is pretty much non existent!!! This is far from the DD I grew up on!!! Such a disappointment!!!
