We loved our whole experience! So inviting and hospitable. Very clean rooms. We didn’t want to leave the pool or resort, for that matter. We are actually planning our next trip, now. Also, drinks from the bar are delivered to you in the pool and added to your bill. So relaxing.

Good things and bad Bad things: We had a river view which was less than expected. They could clean up the rear of the property and make it a more appealing view. There was no complimentary breakfast or at least I wasn’t told there was a complimentary breakfast when I checked into my room. The beds are NOT very comfortable and seem worn out. Need more comfortable and updated beds. The Margaritaville Resort Gatlinburg had robes in the closet which I thought was classy but this hotel in Pigeon forge did not. Good things: The colors, atmosphere and decor is wonderful. The bathroom is beautiful. Shower is spacious with great shower heads. Rooms and hotel are clean and well kept. The rooms are very spacious. Love the granite counter top with the sink. Love the rain shower head in the shower. Pillows are comfortable. Liked that they had black tea Keurig cup option in the room instead of just coffee. Employees are friendly.

This resort is so nice, a real oasis in the middle of Gatlinburg. It's in a very convenient location adjacent to the Ripley's Aquarium and within easy walking distance of the Pancake Pantry & the main "strip" of downtown Gatlinburg. Our room was very comfortable with a great fireplace, balcony, great mattress & huge shower with 2 shower heads. Join the Margarita Perks program for a $30 credit to use in the bar restaurant! We did that and enjoyed a delicious dinner with live music and drinks on Saturday night. I would definitely return to this resort and want to check out the other Margaritaville resorts around the country & Caribbean.

This place was amazing. Loved the island vibes. Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Birds were adorable. View of the city was great from my bedroom. We will be going back. I was sad to leave this resort because we loved it so much. GO HERE!

Yes
No. I don't think so other than service animals. I know that Home2suites is pet friendly.
Hey Debbie! Thanks for your interest! We don't have a firm closing date, but we'll keep the outdoor pool heated and open so long as its comfortable and being used by our guests! Last year we closed the outdoor pool at the end of October, and we expect to do the same this year. We'll then continue to keep the large stone hot tub warm and welcoming through the cool mountain winter, and our indoor pool is open year-round. Of course, as it gets closer feel free to reach out or give us a call at 865-430-4200 if you want to confirm that it's still open before your trip! Thanks! - Clay
No. There is a food bar where you can buy breakfast sandwiches
When we were there a week ago it opened at 9 or 10. Can't remember which. But it was open until 11p.
No
I know we were in king suite but I'm not sure if it was family king suite. We had sink/microwave/mini fridge
