I would avoid this place all together. I had to rent a car through our corporate agreement and usually we use Enterprise, i mistakenly chose Hertz instead, well this will NEVER a happen again. Not only customer service was beyond terrible, they were rushing to close the place and gave me whatever they could find, a dirty low end car, and they FORCED me to take insurance when it wasn’t required, my rental ended up $200 more than the agreed through our corporate reservation. All this is getting reported and our corporate system will warn employees to not rent from this place again.

This place is a joke. Probably one of the most unprofessional, rude car rental places I have been. Go somewhere else... Anywhere else.

De Jour, the manager, is so kind and helpful! I needed an extended rental while waiting for repairs to be done on my vehicle and it was so nice to have the rental be a non-stressful event. Thank you for great service!

So I reserve a car at 10am to pick up an hour later. They accept my reservation. I order an Uber to get me to their location, almost there and some dude calls to tell me they don't have a car for me. He offers no apology, I ask if there are any cars on the lot and he says yes, but none for me. I'll have to wait an undisclosed time to see if I can even get one today. Now I have to pay for the Uber to take me back to my hotel. While expressing my frustration I said a curse word which then he happily tells me he will not rent to me at all now. I'm fine with that. If you don't have a car, don't accept the reservation. I'll take my business elsewhere to someone more competent.
