I ended up at the Enterprise office and found out that I went to the wrong location. Without hesitation, a rental agent named Johvie, offered me a ride to the correct location. He was very friendly and went out of his way to solve the problem. These days, it is hard to find employees that show customers that they are valued. I won't hesitate to look him up next time.
