Wasn’t told about the closing time before showing up to the Chianti on even though it says their 24 hours and the only cars they had available were MINIVANS & pick up truck and they would charge me the regular rate never was a customer but after these awful interaction time I wouldn’t let a dog rent a car from here

Enterprise claims to “pick up” their rental car clients from their homes for free when you are renting from them. But my experience with them was quite terrible. I asked to be picked up at 2pm proceeded to wait 3 hours for a pick up that never came. Every 30 minutes or so they’d push back the pick up arrival time by another 30 minutes to keep me on the hook. I was sitting outside in the heat the entire time as I thought that any moment the car would pull up. I even tried calling to get an update and was hung up on. Terrible customer service. I ended up having to call an Uber to get there. What a waste of time.
