Recently had a rental car assigned by insurance while my car was repaired. Enterprise agent called, we arranged rental pickup at repair site. Seamless, easy transaction. When repair was complete, shop arranged for rental pickup at their site and again, the whole process was simple and convenient for me. Enterprise kept me informed via texts and sent final "no cost" invoice for my records. I was very impressed with their service, professionalism and convenience for me as the customer. Strongly recommend Enterprise as a good company to do business with.

Car rentals today can be expensive and hard to secure. Not with Enterprise, my local office had me setup with a weekend rental at a fair rate for a new Toyota Camry. In and out of the rental office in 20 minutes, even with a quick detail and sanitizing. Then on Monday when my car wasn't ready at Mazda they extended my rental at same weekend rate without me having to go to the office. Fast and easy without breaking the bank. Great experience 👍.

That location has moved to across the Interstate Bridge from Northlake Mall off of 77 ...not on Statesville Avenue anymore ..it is off of WT Harris behind the Bob Evans Restaurant and Northern Tool
