I got a 3 piece meal, and asked for all dark meat and was given 3 thighs, and no drumsticks! Wasn't real pleased with that.

Told us it would be a 10 minute wait, we went back to the drive thru and were then told it would be another 15 minutes because they were “short staffed”. Drove around the building and saw four workers outside SMOKING and ON THEIR PHONES! Unacceptable! Workers need to DO THEIR JOB and serve the people that are trying to order, not take a smoke break instead. This is ridiculous. The man at the drive-thru also spoke very rudely. (Also yes I know I could’ve gone somewhere else to eat, but I’ve got some issues with food and this was the only food I was comfortable eating). Eventually got our food, but still pretty upset that these workers won’t do their job.

Last night the girl refused to take my order, stated they were only taking on line orders. Seeing that the parking lot was empty, I asked if the chicken was gonna be fresh. She informed me that their fryers were turned off and I would get what they had up, that they only had 3 employees. Ummm I told her I wasn't caring how long I had to wait, I just wanted fresh food, she was being rude for no reason even when we pulled up to order. So heads up, definitely went to somewhere else and won't be back

KFC's food is adequate with very reasonable prices, yet the staff are sometimes known to not act professional and can mess up orders very often. The interior is clean with a good amount of space inside, and the menu is very diverse and convenient.
