The staff at the pharmacy is the absolute worse!! Especially "Julie" at this location who speaks so loud when it's a little busy, the sign for privacy should be turned towards her!! I learned so many private details from other patients' life, while I was not even in line.. So unprofessional..! When I came back for my second COVID-19 shot, they made me wait 35min!! For a shot that took 10sec, and when I was tired to wait and asked to receive it cause I was pregnant and feeling nauseous so wanted to go home, she answered in an annoyed tone that "she'll take me when she's ready for me" so unnecessarily impolite and awful. And they weren't busy at all. They just work very inefficiently and they are not kind. I will never come back to that Walgreens even if not for the pharmacy and would recommend for you not to either if you value your time.

I called last night to confirm what time I would be able to come in to get a passport photo taken. I explained the earliest I could make it was 5:30, he said that was fine, as long as it was before 6pm. I walked in at 5:30 and the women working behind the counter explained to me that she wasn’t able to take my photo because she was “too busy catching up on the work for the day.” I asked if there was someone else that could help her, I received a blank “no.” No apology, no offer to reschedule, nothing. Really not happy with that experience. I hope someone works with this employee with regard to interacting with customers. I called another Walgreens and they apologized, and were able to take my photo with no problem.

I had an amazing experience at the pharmacy here. Caitlin, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to update my record in just a few minutes after I had waited an hour just for staff to give up at another Walgreens store. I would absolutely recommend the pharmacy here!

I’ve frequented this location for several years. The store in general is alright, no major complaints. The staff is friendly, Ryan specifically is always incredibly helpful and very hardworking, and the store is clean. They seem to be understaffed and therefore the line often takes forever. That being said, I simply don’t go if I’m in a rush. The reason for my 1 star review is specifically due to the incompetency and negligence of the pharmacy department. The service is extremely slow, like to the point that I’ve waited for over an hour to pick up a prescription that was called in days before on more than one occasion. My own prescriptions have been incorrect before, along with those of other patients. The pharmacists never accept responsibility, and often have an attitude with consumers due to their own mindless, avoidable mistakes and inability to communicate or do their jobs within a timely manner. They’re also not discrete about personal information, which in my opinion is dancing on the borderline with some severe HIPPAA violations. I’ve worked in a pharmacy, and I can promise this is not how a responsible, ethical pharmacy operates. Not sure how this place dodges audits and continues to maintain licensing from my perspective. I get frustrated by poor customer service, terrible food, filthy storefronts and leave reviews… but this is actually beyond infuriating. These people handle the public’s medical information and prescriptions. I hope someone doesn’t die due to their negligence. Shameful.
