I had an incredibly awesome experience working with Dan and the guys at RAC in Oak Ridge. I came in with apprehension as I usually do as a customer in a sales environment. Within minutes, my apprehension was gone and I felt at ease because there was zero high pressure sales approach. They listened to what I was looking for, gave me a chance to look around on my own, we’re very clear on how the process works from filling out the application to what happens once my purchase is paid in full. I was not rushed and all my questions were answered. The delivery of my appliances was equally as smooth. The guys were great, super careful, and were super patient answering all my questions. I cannot thank all involved enough for making this so easy!
