Came in waited for our turn. Two workers were conversing. We thought 1 was a customer. They get up and immediately take care of person coming in the door and ignore us after waiting 15 minutes for help.

This review is a little late but needs to be done. I have to drive from LaFollette to Oakridge to use Xfinity. Yea the drive is pain but……..It’s worth it. I am sorry I didn’t get the gentleman’s name who waited on me but he was awesome!! Actually every time I am there I have received GREAT service! I am honest about this just read my review of my local Wal Mart. There was another customer that was just being rude and the associates were trying to help him and he was just an a$$. The associate that helped me was patient with my issue ( the issue was with Xfinity) but he didn’t bad mouth the company he just fixed the problem. I wish I could remember his name it was initials. I am older excuse me. I just wanted to thank them and him. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. Lots of lies and false promises. Our cable has been in and out for days. $315 a month. They won't come out but try to fix everything by sending signals. It is not working. One person will say one thing and another person something else. So far 7 people at Xfinity has tried to help us. We have no cable and internet is intermittent. They say the will call within a certain time and never call. Worst cable company in my life. And I have been all over this nation and the world in my 30 year military career. Even 3rd world countries have better cable an internet than we do.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Zechariah helped me today and Brittni (sp?) We're especially helpful. Highly recommended over waiting for someone on the Comcast customer service line at home.

If you have the wire/cable already run/installed to the structure, yes. You will have to activate the service using the phone.

Yes and no. You can't say Alexa or Google you know something like that to the remote. but you can push a button on the remote and speak to it. Also you can use Alexa to control your cable box.
