Straight up crooks! They requested that I be a Guarantor for a family member due to them having not so great credit and processed my application that cost me $40. My application came back with no issues but they still denied the family members and took my money. I requested a refund but was denied. Straight up crooks! Update - I was contacted by the property management group (i.e., Valor) and they offered to refund my money if I would take down my review. It's sad that it took a negative review for them to do the right thing. If you're still seeing this review then you know what my response was.

This is a convenient place to stay near Oak Ridge. It has everything you need in the kitchen and towels for the bathroom. It gets vacuumed at least once a week, and the pool is nice during the summer time. The prices seem a little high, but they are about as good as I have found locally. Not a bad option if looking for short-term housing without having to go through the hassle of setting up utilities and finding furniture.

The staff is courteous, competent and friendly. The apartments are in good condition and spotless. I stay here whenever I come to Oak Ridge -- several times per year for stays of up to one month. Great value.

This is a GREAT place. It's very quiet, the pool area is large, clean and has a nice place for cooking on the grill. The interiors are nicely furnished: cable, electricity, LAN and WiFi internet, television set, huge kitchen, nice sized bedrooms, linen exchange and cleaning service once a week. There's not a better deal in Oak Ridge for short to medium stays, and the management team is extremely dedicated to making your stay pleasant.
