Renting a car usually isn’t my favorite experience, but this location is an exception! Brooke is so nice and helpful, and she and her staff are so efficient. They also gave me a ride back to my house to save me an Uber expense, and I so appreciate the service with a smile. Thanks for being dependable and providing a great customer experience!

You cannot get to an actual person on the phone........ I had a rental through here due to an insurance claim under someone else damaging my vehicle. I was called on Wed morning and was told that insurance was no longer paying for the rental as of the previous Monday due to my vehicle being repaired. The shop was not done doing the repair as of Monday, so an extension should have been granted. I drove 30 min to pick up my car, sitting on the Enterprise hold line, and no one ever picked up. Now they call and leave a message wanting to charge me for the extra two days. I try to call back and all I get is the hold message. I don't have an hour to sit on hold.
