Yes, we take Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit and Renew Active programs through insurance companies.

If you'll use it, then yea it's worth it. Best gym in town taking into account cost and hours.

Does this location offer yoga classes and if so what does this cost?

We do not have yoga classes, but we do offer bootcamp classes and Sprint 8 (HIIT cardio classes). They are $5 per class for GetFit and Basic Members and FREE for Premium and Friends & Family members.

Tha annual fee (rate guarantee fee) is something all monthly members pay. If you purchase one year up front, you don’t have to pay it at all.
