Was going too go today for the 1st time I'm looking for a great vape shop but after seeing how the owner responds too unhappy reviews I think I'll pass wow customer service has went straight down hill

Bought a vape, batteries, and charger. It’s only been 3-4 weeks and of course they have no warranty on their chargers. Husband got a better mod and tank with twice the capacity for only 10 dollars more at another store. Wasn’t very impressed with their brand of juice either

I went to their store yesterday and spend $60 on a tank and some juice. I conferred with the front desk worker about my mod. He said the tank would work with my mod, so I bought it. I get home and try to use the mod and it doesn't work. I take it back to the store with a receipt and try to exchange it to buy a product that does work. They wont take it back. I work hard for my money and except good customer service. This was not a good experience. If you have to ask for help you should probably use a different store.
