Julie and Jordan at The UPS STORE in goldsboro make my Amazon return drop-off so easy. Even when I came in at the very end of the day, they had clearly had a busy afternoon from the bins of Amazon returns behind them, they both still smiled and welcomed me to hand over my unwanted Amazon buys. This store can have times I got with a line of people that goes out the door but no matter the needs of each individual they are able to efficiently take care of each. Appreciate the whole team. Thanks for making a grueling process seem fun and easy because I know it must not be sometimes!

Sheri was very friendly and super helpful. I had 5 shirts to return with different codes, I had no idea what I was doing. She walked me through it and it was a breeze. I worked in customer service for years, I have seen the best and worst in people. She is a gem, I sure hope you appreciate her.

Her energy and vigor were so refreshing that I had a very positive experience to that store for all my future needs. The entire staff was also extremely helpful.

I recently received excellent service at this UPS with a printing project. Taylor, Adam, and Malik all pitched in when I had questions, helped me with details such as color adjustment and cleaning up the original copies, and were extremely helpful!!
