Rent is very cheap for students. Place is quiet, safe and relatively quiet. Maintenance and staff is friendly and attentive. The apartments could use more closet space though.

I lived at Royal Park apt for almost a year. Staff were nice, maintenance were fine (and honestly on time), and price was reasonable. I cut 2 stars mainly due to having a lot of bugs even after using a variety of pest control, and not efficient windows to keep cold weather and bugs from coming in.

The officer working in the leasing office, especially Anya Walker, is so nice and kindly, who is the best leasing officer I have ever dealt with. Although I do not live in the apt due to personal things, Anya helped me solve many things and gave the response in time. I really appreciate her.

Royal Park Apartments has the perfect sized gym and pool! Great location- less than a mile to Food Lion and quick 10 minute drive or bus ride to Franklin St. and campus. I don’t have a car, but use the J bus line to get around and to work on Franklin St. They are very quick with repairs, usually the same day within a couple hours of the request. Great apartment for the price!
