Came at an off time. They forgot part of my order and then when I reminded them they gave me the smallest size frosty cup inside of a bigger cup to hide it was smaller. Didn’t notice until I got home.

We were the only car in line when we got parked, and that'd be fine if they proceeded to make our food right but it was so far off from standard that it's hard to not call this outright theft. 2 half pieces of bacon on a baconator instead of the 2 rows of bacon. Essentially paid 4x the price for a Jr bacon cheeseburger. Maybe a simple counting test would be beneficial for future hiring practices here

We went an hour before close (according to the website) and the staff never acknowledged us despite looking right at as. The second time, the employee taking our order never went over our order or told us the price, and missed half of the order. also, one of the employees in the back was flinging cleaning liquid around the air while there was food out. we also didn’t get my debit card back because the employee ran away as soon as he gave us our food. the line was moving extremely slow, we were there for almost 40 minutes and it was very slow at the time and we could see 3 employees inside.

Worst place to eat lunch in the area. Whole staff slow and took 20 min of waiting in line while they take and make one order at a time. Ebana the employee who finally took 6 orders in 20 min was the slowest employee they have and looks like she threw sheets to the wind. Higher than the clouds probably couldn't give her own name if she was prompted to. I highly recommend going somewhere else for lunch especially if you on break from work and don't have all day to wait for some fast food.
