Called ahead to get info about a PCR test. Was told to come in anytime, bring insurance card and that there was no need to schedule an appointment. I asked multiple questions about the process and confirmed no appointment was necessary and that we could simply walk in. Arrived with my VERY nervous 10 year old and was told I had been given the wrong information on the phone. Instead of apologizing, the pharmacist quizzed me about whom I had spoken with on the phone. Very disappointing.
