Decent apartment complex, though things have declined severely over the years. I've lived here for 3 years, and all was initially fantastic. However, management is now HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Management has changed multiple times, and there are no consistencies in the leasing office; worker turnover is very high. They do not respond to emails, I have met in person with multiple people then they act like they don't know who we are 3 days later. I have been trying to renew a lease for months and have gotten nowhere (meeting in person and through e-mail with the manager personally). Office staff have been blatantly rude to my face about how "annoying" all of the tenants are that they they are "tired of explaining things" to everybody. Since the change of staff, maintenance have also become worse. They are very quick to reply but never actually solve issues. They opt for the quickest cheapest "fix" or just ignore requests altogether. I am very saddened as I had all positive experiences until recent years. I recommended this place in the past to so many new incoming students, and now I find myself warning people to stay away.

As a long time renter my experience at the bridges was one of the worst EVER. Firstly the office staff was apathetic and poorly trained. They have a high turnover rate and with every new community assistant came a notice on my door that i somehow owed them money! The carpet and chalky paint were bargain basement cheap,not to mention ugly, and the quality of the space is not commensurate with the price. Most importantly was the inexplicable cases of vandalism that occurred in my apartment while at work during the day, even though i had an alarm system! I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I absolutely loved living here! The location is amazing and we only had to put in one service request the whole time we lived there. Everyone is friendly and it is a safe, quiet and peaceful area. I would definitely live here again.

I have lived in this complex twice. First in 2009 and now. It's about the same as far as appearance not too much different. Quality in management is great. Every time I fill out a maintenance request its done immediately. The take packages and I wish they were still open on sundays but...I have living in places where mangagment is awful but they have been really helpful with everything. Dishwasher broke and they replaced it immediately. comes with full washer and dryer that's a decent size. I am thinking of moving closer to work but there's a bus line to town and it's great for young people. I would recommend.
