This seemed like a great thing--heloful staff, clean units, etc. But then they collected this month's automatic payment--a week later I was told I had given move out notice and no more account, plus they were going into my space! That's a no, not acceptable. Now I am bucking to get a refund for the month. Obviously I am not going to continue renting, as they are unreliable

Great experience! Super friendly staff and they were very helpful when I made a mistake during the initial reservation. Will definitely come back! Antonio, Chris, and Sonia took great care of us!

i rented out a storage a couple days ago and there were many people in the office Antonio stated he was training them and that they were just starting out but everyone in the office was so welcome and amazing! I left full of laughter and very happy with my experience here. I definitely recommend this location! Sonia, Marquis, Chris and Lidia were all so amazing Antonio is an amazing person to be training them and im sure they will do an amazing job! Thank you.

Antonio and Lidia were amazingly helpful getting us set up for our storage unit. Antonio went through all the sizes and prices with me and helped me decide which was best for our needs. When we checked in, it was fast and COVID safe. The whole process was easy and fast. I would definitely go back there and recommend it for others.
