Food is good. As I waited for my sandwich, one of the female employees taked down to another employee about cleaning up. She kept saying "it's going to get dirty again"! She also kept using very vulgar words. Embarrassed me to sit there and listen. Was not a good experience.

I went for the free birthday medium sub. I got the ham sub all the way. It was delicious and in a class by itself. This was my first experience at Firehouse subs. The customer service was fantastic and in an orderly fashion.

overpriced, would not refund my money when they messed up almost $30 worth of food nor would they even remake it. they ain't even have gloves on, I see why the sanitation rating is so low.

The females at this location are rude and disrespectful. I called in because I ordered a sub and a salad from that location my sub was fine but my salad had a dead fly in it. When I spoke to one of the young ladies she really acted like she did not care and there was nothing that she could do. I spoke with the shift leader on duty at the time and she was somewhat helpful but still unaffected by my situation and offered the bare minimum to resolve the issue no one would bring my food correctly to me because it was a delivery order , it should have been no problem . so I don't understand why it couldn't be redelivered. I had to go through GrubHub to get a $10 credit so I can be able to order through them again. That does not allocate the situation for today because I am still out of lunch I have not eaten and will not eat until I go home tonight I have never been so disappointed upset irritated aggravated frustrated f****** pissed off in my life. I will never order nor eat from this location nor will I recommend anyone go
