We first started working with Tyrese (the new Manager! Yeah!) in April for our unit that came available mid-July. She is fantastic. Knew we would likely want the unit we ended up in and steered us to it. She arranged with my wife to let her in to an unoccupied unit like the one we would move into so she could get her planning underway. When we had to put our dog down a month before the move she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful in getting the pet clauses out of our signed lease. And on get the keys day, we were scheduled to meet her just after 9 AM, she called me at 8 AM to let me know they had a snafu with the flooring folks and that the unit wouldn't be ready until 11:30 or so. Many other properties could care less if you show up at the appointed time and have to wait 2-3 hours. As far as calling you? Hah! Thank you Tyrese. Move in was drop dead simple. The space is wonderful to decorate and live in. It's mostly quiet. The landscaping is inspiring. People pick up after their dogs. Jake and Corey in maintenance are nice guys, timely and knowledgable. This is a very nice place. You owe it to yourself to check it out if you're looking for a new home.

Ms. Tyrese I just met you and you have been nothing but helpful and informative thank you for being so kind and warm hearted! Very helpful with any maintenance issues, super respectful and informative as well!!

I've only had an amazing experience with the facilty. Everything about this place is easy and relaxing. Could not be happier with the view, the pool, the gym and our new home. Thank you to Tyrese for making our transition here so easy.

Pros: Management and maintenance are very welcoming and are there to help. The complex is well kept, quiet, dog friendly, and in a safe area. Management tries to plan events for the community and listens for feedback. The surrounding area is surrounded by all types of restaurants, stores and is close to the colleges. Con: The apartment was not thoroughly checked and fixed prior to move-in day, but maintenance requests can be submitted to address some but not all issues immediately, due to covid. Depending on neighbors it is very easy to hear people through the walls and floors as I'm living on the second floor I hear a lot. Prices can vary a decent amount with a daily pricing system, save quotes and look out for pricing online and in person.
