I can't say enough good things about Plum Creek. My mother-in-law is a different person since she has moved in Plum Creek. Her quality of life has improved a hundred fold. The staff goes beyond the call of duty. Everyone is kind and thoughtful. Married to an only child it was a difficult decision to place my mother-in-law anywhere but it was the best decision we made.

Horrible facility. Staffing is horrible. They would leave all of their patients with one staff member for the whole building at night! Management only cares about numbers and what goodies they can get from vendors. Beautiful building, horrible management that doesn’t know what they’re doing. The administrator needed fired years ago. She thinks she knows more clinically than a nurse and works out of her scope! Praying that the family who owns this will wake up and make some changes. Don’t put anyone in this building until they get people there who actually care, besides the few floor staff.
